Project Scoping
Withers, like so many during this time, are on a journey towards better ways of working in a post Covid world. With a need to generate Exec buy in for a programme that would enable better ways of working, Withers engaged Nine Feet Tall to facilitate the creation of a vision statement that would do just that.
Creating Vision
Nine Feet Tall’s expert consultancy team developed a series of activities working with Withers to shape a shared vision for future ways of working. Vision statement workshops led to embracing a new vision statement opening the doors to the development of branding for the programme and ultimately creating the future direction for Withers and their ways of working.
Outcome
The vision statement, alongside ‘The Way We Work Programme’, was fully embraced by the Exec team. Nine Feet Tall continues to work with the Withers team to progress the programme and see that it is successfully delivered across all teams.
