Strategy definition and planning
London School of Economics (LSE) embarked on an ambitious change programme that set about establishing five key strategic initiatives that would significantly enhance its short, medium and long-term philanthropic income streams. We facilitated the definition of this strategy and defined a transformation plan to deliver it.
Nine Feet Tall were able assistants through this process, enabling us to free up our thinking, focus on the task at hand and determine the future of philanthropy in the school.
