Entreprise change portfolio
Nationwide engaged Nine Feet Tall to work in partnership with its Enterprise Architecture team across a number of change programmes aimed at innovating customer marketing activity, overhauling its existing IT infrastructure and enhancing its branch, telephone and internet sales and services channels. We created a clear, prioritised view of the project portfolio and subsequently project managed a number of change initiatives - delivering new services, processes and IT.

Quick delivery of a number of business critical change projects
We were able to simplify what was a complex portfolio of projects. We distilled over 100 initiatives and produced a simple plan-on-a-page and provide clarity to staff, stakeholders and partners.
