We are absolutely delighted to be named in The Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list for 2024. The annual awards recognise organisations who have consistently high levels of employee experience and wellbeing, measured by surveying the employees themselves.
The accolade comes as we celebrate Nine Feet Tall’s 20th anniversary this year. Our founder and CEO, Esther McMorris, set up the business back in 2004 with an ambition to create a consultancy focussed on employee wellbeing, inclusion and collaboration.
Esther says: “At Nine Feet Tall, we pride ourselves on being people-focussed, internally and externally, by creating a nurturing and inspiring working environment. I am so incredibly proud to be recognised on the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list for this.
Credit must also go to my exceptional team who have helped make this happen.
Since launching in 2004, we have grown into a team of expert consultants, we have delivered over 250 change programmes, and we have helped hundreds of clients improve their performance. It feels fitting, and also humbling, to celebrate our two decades of business and achievements with this accolade.”
