Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company is one of the newest, historic brewers in the UK. Formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston’s PLC, who are both shareholders, they combine over 300 years of shared values, history and heritage in UK brewing.

Change Operation Model

Carlsberg's SLT were expanding change capability in the organisation and were looking for a consistent approach to embed change management within the business functions. Unsure of the right model, tools and structure they approached Nine Feet Tall.

Rapid Review

Hitting the ground running, Nine Feet Tall conducted 26 interviews with relevant change practicioning stakeholders to understand the existing change structure, tools, templates and roles in place. From here, an end-to-end diagnostic review of existing practice for delivering change across the organisation was created. The report listed positives change practices to be continued, areas of improvement, areas of opportunities, recommendations and possible next steps.

RESULTS

Nine Feet Tall's work meant that Carlsberg could proceed in developing their change capability, empowering teams and enabling change that sticks.
