Our very own Tiggy Robinson will be a guest speaker at the Bath HR Network on Wednesday 17th March at 10am. A community dedicated to collaborative HR knowledge and expertise, the Bath HR Network has been running virtual coffee morning events throughout lockdown to share ideas, experiences and new practices.
An expert change manager and a cultural change specialist, Tiggy is a Partner at Nine Feet Tall with over 15 years’ experience. Tiggy will be leading a talk on how to adapt your company culture for the new virtual environment.
Nine Feet Tall recently conducted research and published a guide on the Future of Work, looking at the challenges and opportunities created by the pandemic led restrictions and the change to remote working.
Moving to remote working isn’t as simple as recreating your office day at home. There are many factors at play and understanding the full impact of a move away from the office is culturally significant for every organisation.
During the Bath HR Network event, Tiggy will address:
- Why is it necessary to review your organisation’s culture?
- Getting the right people on board before you begin
- How can you successfully engage teams in this discussion?
- What are the practical elements to consider?
- What is HR’s role in this work?
Always striving to establish strong, lasting relationships built on trust and open conversation, Tiggy speaks her mind and believes that the key to adapting your work culture lies in being open to hear feedback… what is and isn’t working for your colleagues, providing strong leadership and being prepared to experiment to find what will work for your organisation.
Tiggy is has delivered complex change projects for UK & global organisations including Rotork, Deutsche Bank & Clarks.
Attendees will be invited to join in a Q&A session at the end. Any burning questions can be submitted in advance to tiggyr@ninefeettall.com. If you would like to attend the event please register here.
