Cloud Based PMS
Bupa Dental undertook a project to implement a new Cloud-based Practice Management System across 100 practices. The project aimed to deliver a single platform for all patient records and improve data accuracy and completeness.
Business Readiness
Nine Feet Tall were responsible for the business readiness for the PMS implementation. As part of this Nine Feet Tall carefully planned and managed the User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This included test planning, stakeholder onboarding, script writing and the coordination of the defect management process. The business readiness activities ensured the solution was fit for purpose, enabling a successful go-live.
