PMO design and implementation
Laing O'Rourke set about evaluating the role of project delivery within the business and embarked on a rapid project to scope and implement a PMO function that would service the whole of their European Information Services (IS) and applications team. We worked with Laing O’Rourke to design and implement this PMO function that now sits at the heart of their European IS and applications department.
New product feasibility analysis
Laing O’Rourke embarked on a strategic change programme to launch a brand new division which would be responsible for delivering a state of the art housing solution to the UK market. We were engaged to support the refining of their product offering and to critically assess the feasibility and cost-benefit of the new department. Our team analysed existing infrastructure, defined new processes and made recommendations on organisation design.
Global expenses roll out
Laing O'Rourke initiated an ambitious global expenses project that would see a complete transition in the way that business expenses were both claimed and processed. We were responsible for defining and developing a suite of online video tutorials that would be available to a global audience. Our team conducted a detailed training needs analysis and engaged with a wide range of stakeholders to produce fit for purpose training materials.
Nine Feet Tall were a great asset to our team. Their ability to quickly understand what we needed was invaluable.
