Maintenance management system implementation
Following an impressive and rapid period of growth, LRE set about implementing a state of the art maintenance solution that would enable the business to dramatically improve its processes and resourcing of maintenance projects. We were brought in to undertake an initial audit of the project and following a comprehensive review, we took on the project management to ensure timely delivery.
The team brought drive, rigour and energy and as a result we now have a state of the art maintenance solution that enables us to dramatically improve both its processes and resourcing of maintenance projects.
