Electronic records project
The Royal Liverpool University Hospital Trust embarked on an impressive transformation programme to create a paper free health records hospital. We were brought in to take on the project management, analysis, design and delivery of a number of workstreams including implementing the electronic record system and launching a new scanning solution to enable historical records to be available electronically.

Dental Patient Journey
The Dental Hospital project team were experiencing significant challenges with the patient journey and struggled to meet service level agreements (SLA's). We were engaged to review its existing processes and understand the issues and impacts on service levels. We designed future state processes and developed a detailed transition plan to implement them - including people, process and IT.
Nine Feet Tall have been a great partner for the Trust over a number of years, their ability to quickly and succinctly get to the root of issues, coupled with their honest and transparent approach is one of the reasons we have advanced with so many of our projects of late.
