North Somerset Community Partnership

North Somerset Community Partnership (NSCP) is an employee-owned Community Interest Company (CIC) that provide NHS community health services. As a social enterprise providing public and private funded health services, NSCPs employs over 600 people and provides 26 community based healthcare services to the people of North Somerset.

Efficiency Programme

North Somerset Community Partnership set about undertaking a 360 degree review of its administration function to identify areas that could be made more operationally effective or efficient. We worked with NSCP to help them to achieve £1.5m of cost savings through delivering a comprehensive transformation programme. During this time we worked very closely with the organisation to transform its culture to one where staff felt a personal accountability and involvement in the success of the organisation, as well as allowing the organisation to maintain the high level of quality of service that it had done before.
