Project and programme delivery
Managed and delivered international IT projects, from software upgrades to new systems implementations including Skype for Business upgrade from Linc, CompareDocs implementation (including contract negotiation), CleanDocs implementation, WorkSite adoption and its three workstreams, data migration (for which we use external consultants - Phoenix), development (in-house), training (a mix of in-house and bilingual external IT trainers), Windows10/Office 365 implementation, WAN Upgrade.
Practice Management System Selection
Osborne Clarke embarked on a change programme to streamline their UK and global financial processes and select a Practice Management system and Partner to replace their current legacy system. One of the Nine Feet Tall Project Managers led and coordinated a strategic programme to shortlist and select the right Practice Management Solution for Osborne Clarke, managing various stakeholders and third-party consultants, overseeing both technical, process and change workstreams. We acted as a single point linking up the various parties and information.
