PMO implementation
Remploy was awarded a significant Government contract requiring them to deliver tangible employment results within the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire area. Remploy commissioned us to develop their Project Management Office (PMO) and lead its evolution to enable the rapid growth of the business and a newly defined operating model.

Project capability

Organisational Design
In 2009 Remploy and the National Leadership and Innovation Agency for Healthcare (NLIAH) joined forces to design and deliver a European Social Fund and Welsh Assembly Government-funded employment programme - Wellbeing through Work. Following staff changes and slipping milestones, Remploy commissioned Nine Feet Tall to support the new Programme Director to define the organisational structure and infrastructure upon which the contract could successfully be delivered.
Nine Feet Tall provided the "glue" to our structure and people at a time of upheaval and staff changes - I would have no hesitation in commissioning them again.
