The University of West of England (UWE) set about an ambitious change programme with the aim of streamlining it's recruitment and HR processes. We were engaged to define fit for purpose processes and new ways of working. Our team worked closely with the HR function to successfully transition to a completely new way of working with all processes being embraced and fully adopted.
