Rachel will provide an open account of the challenges they faced, the lessons learned and the feedback from the LiveWest team as they replaced their complicated operational systems with a single integrated product, which now incorporates their finance, customer service, asset management and housing management operational areas. Rachel will share the difficulties they faced to deliver this complex project and is quick to admit digital transformation can be a tough journey.
